This is to state that the name of the Federation has been changed from National Co-operative Construction and Development Federation of India Limited (NFCD Ltd.) to Nodal Cooperative Construction and Development Federation Limited with effect from 23 September 2026. All references to NFCD Ltd. in previous agreements, correspondence, work orders, contracts, and related documents shall be deemed to refer to Nodal Cooperative Construction and Development Federation Limited.

(NFCD) is an apex organization registered with Registration No. MSCS/CR/444/2011 on October 24, 2011 as a multi-state co-operative federation under Section 7 of the Multi State Co-operative Societies Act, 2002 (39 of 2002) by the Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India.
